Pakistan has been awarded the right to host Champion Trophy in 2025. This comes across as happy news for the Pakistan Cricket Board as the board recently suffered major financial losses due to the sudden cancellation of the tour by New Zealand first and then England. ECB recently visited Pakistan and assured Pak to have two additional T20s in their 2022 tour. New Zealand too is likely to tour Pakistan in 2022.

As a major surprise, the West Indies and the United States have been chosen as the co-host of the 2024 T20 World Cup. ICC announced the hosting rights on 16th November 2021 and has awarded India three ICC events till 2031.

The 2026 T20 Men’s World cup has been given to India and Sri Lanka. India will also host the 2029 Champions Trophy. Australia and New Zealand will host the 2028 T20 Men’s World Cup. England, Ireland, and Scotland will host the 2030 Men’s T20 World Cup whereas India and Bangladesh will host 2031 50 over World Cup.
